I can't put it into words. Only once in a (long) while do I have such a feeling. Days after watching "8½" I still keep thinking about it, thinking about how real it is and at the same time how dreamlike, thinking about the magnificence of the cinematography, thinking about the fluidity of Federico Fellini's camera and the way it beautifully combines with the movements of his characters in a subtle rhythm.
It's a wonder. A wonder.
