Surprisingly enough, 2 years after Anders Breivik's twin attacks, Jens Stoltenberg's Ap was kicked out last night and Erna Solberg of Høyre won the election, becoming the new PM of Norway (and the 2nd female PM in Norway's history). More puzzling is that Høyre is expected to form government with Frp (of which Anders Breivik used to be a member).
